1. Introduction
On this Website, MegaSport provides information about the services it offers and the events it organises. Users may purchase day passes directly online, as well as apply for membership at the facility. By accessing and using this Website, you agree to be bound by the terms set out below, and you are therefore advised to read this section carefully before beginning your browsing.
2. Obligations of Users
Users undertake to use this Website lawfully, in accordance with these terms, and in a manner that does not harm the rights or interests of MegaSport or of third parties. By way of illustration, and in no case limitation, the User also undertakes to:
· Not engage in unlawful activities or activities contrary to public order or good faith;
· Not use the data published on the Website to send unsolicited communications (spam);
· Not post or disseminate on the Website any false, misleading, ambiguous or inaccurate information or content;

MegaSport offers the purchase of day passes, the management of which is carried out by Discocil S.L. (Fourvenues), with registered office at C/ Pintor Soler Blasco 16, Ent. Derecha, 12003, Castellón de la Plana, Castellón (Spain), and Tax ID (CIF) B98820814, legal@fourvenues.com. You may consult its legal notice, privacy policy and general terms and conditions of contract for further information.
Once your purchase has been completed, you will receive an email at the address provided containing a QR code together with the day pass purchased.
MegaSport hereby informs you that the online purchase of day passes is not subject to the right of withdrawal, in accordance with the provisions of Article 103(l) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, approving the recast text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users.
If, for reasons attributable to MegaSport, the user is unable to make use of the day pass purchased, MegaSport undertakes to refund the amount paid or to provide a replacement pass, and the user waives any other compensation or claim.
The resale of day passes is strictly prohibited. MegaSport reserves the right to deny access in the event of any fraudulent use of passes or where there are grounds to suspect improper use thereof.
4. Exclusion of Liability
This Website is provided “as is” and is used at the User’s own risk; accordingly, neither MegaSport nor its directors, employees, suppliers or collaborators shall be liable for any damages of any nature, whether direct or indirect, arising from the use of the Website.
