One format, two challenges per segment.
HYATLÓN is a hybrid sports competition that alternates running segments with functional stations. The course is made up of successive blocks: each running segment leads into a specific physical station, all the way to the finish line.
The goal is to offer a complete, measurable and spectacular race, combining cardiovascular endurance, strength, power, coordination, grit, and competitive strategy.
The format is designed for both high-performance athletes and recreational athletes alike, with individual, doubles, and relay categories suited to different levels.
This is what each segment feels like.
