This past weekend, a group of 26 people from Megasport, made up of employees and members, traveled to Rome to take part in Hyrox 2025, one of the most demanding and exciting fitness competitions in the world.
For those who may not be familiar with it, Hyrox combines running and functional exercises in a unique competitive format. Each participant runs 1 km followed by a specific exercise (rowing, sled push, wall balls, among others), repeating this sequence eight times. The event can be completed individually, in pairs, or as a relay (4 members), allowing competition by age and gender categories, and testing endurance, strength, and strategy.
The results of our team were outstanding:
– Ana Regueira and Raquel Sánchez: 1st place in Women’s Doubles +45
– Men’s Relay +40: 2nd place
